Job summary

Solid Company in Kraków is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to drive requirements gathering, analyze processes, and translate business needs into concrete solutions across multiple markets. You will collaborate with programme and project managers, solution architects, and IT teams, guiding workshops, documenting user stories, and supporting the full project lifecycle from design to deployment.

• Experience as a Business Analyst in complex change or transformation projects.
• Hands-on requirements elicitation and documentation.
• Facilitating workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Ability to create and manage business requirements and user stories.
• Experience analysing business processes, journeys or product functionality.
• Experience across full project lifecycle from requirements gathering through implementation and deployment.
• Experience working with both business and technology teams.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience supporting solution design, testing and implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management, including senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

YOU WILL

• Lead requirements gathering through workshops, interviews, stakeholder discussions, and process observation
• Analyse and document business requirements, user stories, and requirements catalogues
• Analyse customer journeys, business processes, and product functionality to identify gaps and recommend improvements
• Work closely with Programme and Project Managers to ensure project delivery is aligned with the wider change portfolio and strategy.
• Cooperate with Solution Architects and IT teams to support technical analysis and solution definition.
• Translate business requirements and user stories into solution designs together with business and technology teams.
• Support projects throughout the full lifecycle – from requirements gathering and analysis through design, testing, implementation, and deployment
• Coordinate and track testing activities and outcomes
• Support implementation and business readiness, including training, RACI definition, and adoption activities
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and senior management across different markets and business areas
• Support project governance, ensuring decisions and changes are properly documented and communicated
• Provide leadership within projects, helping set expectations and monitor delivery progress
