Job summary

Templeton & Partners - Innovative & Inclusive Hiring Solutions is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join a long-term project in a large international enterprise environment.

The role is Warsaw hybrid, with office presence 2–3 times per month, and a 12+ month engagement. You will gather, clean and analyse data, develop dashboards, and produce actionable insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query)
• Strong understanding of data analysis, data modelling and reporting.
• Experience developing dashboards and KPI reports.
• Understanding of databases, data warehousing and ETL
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• English – professional working proficiency

Responsibilities

• Gathering, cleaning, validating and analysing data from multiple sources
