Job summary

Andersen offers a four-month Business Analysis Traineeship in Poland. In-office sessions are available in Warsaw and Kraków, while participants from other cities can join online.

The program runs full-time, five days a week, eight hours per day, with a hands-on approach to BA and IT tasks. You will learn by doing, gain exposure to the full software development lifecycle, and work on real project tasks while developing requirements management skills.

The Business Analysis Traineeship at Andersen is an opportunity to immerse yourself in real business processes, develop analytical thinking, strengthen your requirements management skills, and join the team upon successful completion of the program.

Applications are open in Poland: candidates from Warsaw and Kraków attend the program in-office, while participants from other cities across Poland can join online.
