Andersen Lab w Polsce poszukuje Lead DevOps Engineer, aby prowadzić projekt modernizacji procesów CI/CD i rozwijać platformę jakości oprogramowania z publicznymi możliwościami.

Twoje zadania to budowanie i utrzymanie pipeline'u dokumentacji publicznej (OpenAPI, Stoplight Elements), integracja z GitHub Actions, wdrażanie publicznego status page z New Relic Synthetics oraz migracja CI/CD z CircleCI na GitHub Actions w 111 repozytoriumach.

Qualifications

• 7+ lat doświadczenia w DevOps, Platform Engineering lub podobnej roli.
• Głęboka znajomość i praktyczne doświadczenie z Amazon ECS/Fargate, w tym projektowanie klastrów, ALB/NLB i deploymencje.
• Silne doświadczenie w release engineering i migracjach produkcyjnych (blue/green, canary, zero-downtime).
• Doświadczenie z GitHub Actions, reusable workflows, composite actions i OIDC/IAM.
• Doświadczenie z Terraform i CloudFormation w architekturze IaC.
• Doświadczenie z New Relic (Synthetics, alert policies, webhooks) lub Datadog/Grafana.
• Doświadczenie z Snyk i SonarQube w pipeline CI/CD (SAST, skanowanie zależności).
• OpenAPI tooling i pipelines docs-as-code.
• Wysoka samodzielność techniczna i umiejętności komunikacyjne.

Responsibilities

• Budowanie i utrzymanie pipeline'u dokumentacji publicznej (OpenAPI, agregacja specyfikacji, bundling, publikacja z Stoplight Elements).
• Integracja dokumentacyjnych pipeline’ów z GitHub Actions jako reusable workflows.
• Ocena i implementacja publicznego status page z New Relic Synthetics, polityki alertów i workflow incydentów.
• Wsparcie zmian produkcyjnych na ECS Fargate, migracje serwisów, zmiany w load balancerach, bez lub z minimalnym przestojem.
• Migracja 111 repozytoriów z CircleCI do GitHub Actions poprzez integrację w gotowe szablony workflow.
• Wdrożenie i utrzymanie jakości w pipeline CI/CD za pomocą Snyk i SonarQube.
• Współpraca z zespołem deweloperskim i prowadzenie dedykowanego zespołu DevOps; praca nad produktami skierowanymi do klienta.

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Andersen is hiring a Lead DevOps Engineer for a project modernizing CI/CD processes and enhancing a -based software quality platform with scalable public capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining the public documentation pipeline, including OpenAPI specification aggregation, validation, bundling, and publishing with Stoplight Elements.
• Integrating documentation pipelines into GitHub Actions reusable workflows.
• Evaluating, recommending, and implementing a public status page using New Relic Synthetics as the uptime monitoring source, including component-level alert policies and incident workflows.
• Supporting live production changes and migrations on ECS Fargate, including service migrations, load balancer changes, and cluster-level changes with zero or minimal downtime.
• Contributing to the ongoing migration from CircleCI to GitHub Actions across 111 repositories by integrating new pipelines into reusable workflow templates.
• Embeding and quality gates into CI/CD pipelines using Snyk and SonarQube as part of the release process.
• Working closely with development teams and leading a dedicated DevOps team. The role is focused on delivering and supporting client-facing products rather than working exclusively on internal infrastructure.

Kogo poszukujemy?

Must-haves:

• Experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or a similar role, with experience in for 7+ years.
• Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Amazon ECS/Fargate, including Service , Graviton/multi-architecture builds, cluster design, ALB/NLB, target groups, and deployment strategies.
• Strong release engineering and production change experience, including live migrations, zero-downtime deployments, blue/green, canary and staged rollouts, health checks, automated rollback, blast-radius management, and release .
• Strong hands-on experience with GitHub Actions, including reusable workflows, composite actions, and OIDC/IAM integration.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and CloudFormation, including working within established IaC architectures, conventions, and patterns.
• Experience with New Relic (Synthetics, alert policies, /webhooks, NerdGraph) or comparable observability platforms such as Datadog or Grafana.
• Experience integrating Snyk and SonarQube into CI/CD pipelines for SAST, dependency/vulnerability scanning, and quality gates.
• Experience with OpenAPI tooling and docs-as-code pipelines.
• Strong technical judgment and communication skills.
