Upvanta sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join an international IT project team in Warsaw.

You will bridge business needs with technology solutions and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to deliver clear requirements and actionable insights. In this role, you’ll gather and document requirements, validate them with business users, support testing and implementation, and facilitate workshops to drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
