Job summary

Transition Technologies PSC is seeking a Junior ITSM Business/Systems Analyst in Poland. You will analyze client needs, conduct workshops, gather and document requirements, and translate them into Jira Service Management configurations.

You will model processes, design workflows, and collaborate with consultants, admins and developers to ensure the solution meets the requirements during implementation. English B2+ required.

Qualifications

• Experience in business or systems analysis (1–2 years) or potential to develop in this direction.
• Basic knowledge of ITIL / IT Service Management concepts.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and structure requirements.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in communicating with clients in Polish.
• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills in analysis and ITSM.
• Basic knowledge of Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.
