Job summary

Transition Technologies PSC in Łódź, Poland seeks a System Analyst to translate business requirements into precise technical designs, including database structures, interfaces, and security considerations. You will document requirements, sample messages, and system specifications while collaborating with developers and testers through the SDLC.

Experience with UML/BPMN, JIRA/Confluence, and Enterprise Architect is valued, along with strong Polish communication skills (C1).

Qualifications

• Proven experience in system analysis with completed projects.
• Experience in identifying and managing user requirements and preparing system specifications.
• Good knowledge of UML and BPMN notations.
• Ability to use tools used by the Client, including JIRA and Confluence.
• Ability to work with Enterprise Architect at a level enabling efficient and independent use of the tool.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Polish language proficiency enabling fluent verbal and written communication (at least C1).
• Experience working with large-scale systems.
