Job summary

Erbis Inc. in Kraków is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable requirements for our platform.

You will map client data fields to our application's data model, prepare integration specifications, and participate in user acceptance testing to ensure successful deployments. The role emphasizes collaboration, strong analytical thinking, and familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT, including 4+ years in business analysis.
• Excellent command of English, both verbal and written
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Analytical and systems thinking; experience processing information from multiple sources
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Solid knowledge of BA methodologies and tools (requirements, use cases, user stories, traceability)
• Experience with Databases, SQL, Oracle
• Familiarity with AI/generative AI tools and their practical application in business analysis workflows

Responsibilities

• Get an understanding of our platform, understanding of customer business needs and their use of the system
• Map client's data fields to the ones we have in the application
• Prepare integration requirements
• Perform user-acceptance testing and validation
• Troubleshoot mapping, creation of information, etc. in prod and test environments
• Maintaining project documentation/artifacts in up-to-date state

Requirements:

• Working with UML diagrams
• Knowledge of prototyping tools. Ability to create wireframes and screen mockups, data flow diagrams
