• Prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams.
• Ensure requirements are clear, complete, and aligned with business goals.
• Independently own and drive requirements from elicitation through validation and delivery.
• Support solution design, testing, and implementation activities.
• Manage requirement changes and maintain project documentation.
• Drive communication between business and IT teams.
• Take ownership of BA deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with fluent German (C1+) to join an international project environment. This is a hands-on role for a senior BA who can independently manage the full requirements lifecycle, work closely with stakeholders, and translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications. As a key link between business and technology teams, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements, modeling business processes, and ensuring solutions align with business objectives. You will collaborate directly with clients and stakeholders, facilitate workshops, define user stories and acceptance criteria, and support the successful delivery of complex initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with excellent communication abilities, is comfortable challenging assumptions, and can take ownership of BA deliverables from discovery through implementation. Previous experience in banking or financial services environments will be an advantage.
