Job summary

The Client is seeking a Business Analyst / Technical BA to bridge clients, product teams, software development, and QA. You will translate client needs into actionable technical tasks, write user stories and ensure backlog quality, while coordinating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

This role offers exposure to software, hardware, embedded/IoT product development, with regular interactions with English-speaking clients and an international team.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience as a BA, IT Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Product Analyst or in a similar role.
• Experience working with software development teams.
• Experience in projects involving embedded systems, IoT, hardware, HMI or R&D.
• Good understanding of the software delivery process.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Azure DevOps, Confluence or similar.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different stakeholder groups.
• Very good English – the role involves regular communication with English-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset, ownership and independence.
• Ability to prepare recommendations, solution options and impact analyses rather than simply passing on collected information.
• Flexibility regarding meeting hours – some client meetings may take place after 5:00 PM CET.

About The Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst / Technical Business Analyst who will be closely involved in the software development and product development processes.

The role will act as a bridge between clients, product, software development and QA teams. A key part of the position will be understanding client needs, analyzing and clarifying requirements, and translating them into clear requirements and actionable tasks for the technical team.

This position is particularly suited to someone who wants to develop at the intersection of Business Analysis, Product Development and technology, rather than focusing solely on requirements documentation.
