Job summary

Source Group International Ltd is seeking a Business Analyst for a hybrid nearshore Europe role. You will gather requirements for a greenfield medicinal product across global pharmaceutical sites and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

You will work with the squad to align backlog with business needs and shape the roadmap. The role emphasizes understanding customer journeys, collaborating with POs, and delivering high-quality digital solutions within a fast-paced D&A

Qualifications

• 5 yrs of healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating into product vision.
• Deep understanding of business processes and digital product delivery.
• Proven backlog management and release planning experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Working Model – Hybrid

Location – nearshore / Europe

1 nearshore (max €35/hr or £241/day). Response required ASAP.

As a vital member of our D&A team, you will be gathering requirements for a green field innovative medicinal product across our global pharmaceutical sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand user needs and translate them into detailed requirements for the Squad
• Build use cases, user stories, visualization, and process flows
• Stay 2-3 sprints ahead of squad and ensures each feature has a clear definition of done
• Communicate vision to developers and testers
• Document confirmed business processes to serve as reference for development and IT support
• Apply business process improvement methods for optimization
• In partnership with the PO, maintain deep understanding of the to ensure that the squad's backlog priorities are aligned with business / Group needs
• Track metrics and build reports to measure progress
• Help manage dependencies with other squads', working closely with squad PO, peer PO's and Shape the squad vision / roadmap and steer the squad in delivering products / features / work oriented around business impact
• Shape and prioritize backlog, utilizing business expertise and understanding of customer needs, translate requirements into user stories & acceptance criteria
• Balance business value with technical feasibility while prioritizing stories

Qualifications

• 5 yrs of relevant experience preferred in Healthcare industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven knowledge and understanding of standard practices, technology and supporting industry principles
• Experiencegathering requirements and translating into a product visionby leveraging their expertise in product development, engineering and UX
• Deepunderstanding of business/processesand high-level understanding of high-quality digital product delivery
• Experienced inmanaging a product backlog/release plan,tracking team level metrics, attend product team ceremonies, removing blockers (burndown chart, release burn up)
• Experienced in developing systems and tools to enablecustomer interactions and collaboration
• Understanding of customer journeys and customer experience
• Strongproblem-solving skills with ability of accurately analyze situations and reachproductive decisions based on informed judgment
