Job summary

Renau Research, Development And Distribution sp. z o. o. is seeking a Business Analyst to join our technical team in Poland. You will work across embedded, IoT, hardware, and R&D projects, ensuring robust software delivery with agile practices and close collaboration with engineering teams.

You will also engage in analysis, recommendations, and option evaluations, while maintaining high attention to detail. The role requires effective English communication and a proactive, independent work style.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience as a BA / IT BA / Technical BA / Product Analyst.
• Experience with software development teams.
• Experience in embedded, IoT, hardware, HMI, or R&D projects.
• Solid understanding of the software delivery process.
• Familiarity with Agile environments and Agile delivery processes.
• Experience using Jira, ClickUp, Azure DevOps, Confluence or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of English.
• Proactive approach, ownership, and independence.
• Ability to prepare recommendations and conduct impact analyses.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the U.S. team.
• Be flexible regarding meeting times, including after 5 PM Polish time.

• a working knowledge of English sufficient for effective communication,
• a proactive approach, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to work independently,
• the ability to prepare recommendations, evaluate options, and conduct impact analyses, rather than simply pass along raw information.
