Job summary

Trident BMC is expanding its boiler department and seeks a Boiler Repair Project Manager to join our Gdańsk office. The role combines technical project management with commercial awareness, coordinating with customers and suppliers worldwide from first inspection to completion.

You will plan projects, work with PMs and technicians, build relationships globally, inspect boilers and heat exchangers on ships, assess damage and prepare repair offers, and travel internationally as required.

Qualifications

• Technical background with experience repairing marine boilers and heat exchangers (≤140 characters).
• Strong project management skills with commercial understanding.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Fluent Polish and good English; strong communication.

• Technical background and relevant experience in repairing marine boilers and heat exchangers
• Project management skills, with a good understanding of the commercial side of the business
• Willingness and ability to travel worldwide
• Strong communication skills in English and Polish are mandatory
• An ambitious, responsible, team-oriented approach
• Fluent Polish (required)
• Good command of English (required)
