Trident BMC is seeking a project manager to plan, coordinate, and implement turnkey interior ship projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. You will coordinate input documentation, engineering, installation, and final financial settlement.

The role includes conducting ship inspections with extensive international travel, leading the engineering and project preparation team, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Formación

• Solid experience in implementing turnkey interior projects (ship interior experience preferred).
• Education in architecture, construction, or shipbuilding.
• Ability to coordinate marine outfitting engineering and construction works.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and MS Project.
• Fluent Polish (Mandatory).

• Coordinating interior outfitting projects through all stages: input documentation analysis, engineering, project implementation and installation, to financial settlement of the project.
• Conducting ship inspections, including extensive international travel to vessels and office locations.
• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Managing the engineering and project preparation team.
• Building and maintaining effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements:

• Education in a relevant field (architecture, construction, or shipbuilding).
• Ability to coordinate marine outfitting engineering and construction works.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and MS Project.
• Fluent Polish (Mandatory)

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working on passenger ships.
• Knowledge of electrical, fire safety, sanitary, and ventilation systems.
• Familiarity with vessel regulatory requirements such as SOLAS, MED, ADA, and USPH.
