TRIDENT BMC is looking for a Project Team Junior Specialist to join our team at the Gdańsk office. You will coordinate employee travel, verify documentation, and support mobilization for international projects.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure. English at least B2 and MS Office proficiency are required. We offer stable employment and opportunities to grow in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
• Accurate, independent and well-organized.
• Proficient with MS Office and document handling.

Responsabilités

• Maintaining day-to-day contact with employees traveling to project locations.
• Verifying documentation, qualifications and required training.
• Organizing training courses, visas and hotels and transportation.
• Monitoring expiry dates of documents and permits.
• Entering and updating data in company databases.
• Coordinating travel and mobilization preparations.
• Communicating with employees, clients and other departments.
• Preparing required documentation and reports.
• Supporting daily team operations.
• Verifying recruited employees for eligibility and suitability.
