Qualifications

• Degree in engineering related field; minimum 2–3 years in automotive manufacturing.
• Experience with joining technologies (spot welding) and BIW processes.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and data-driven problem solving.
• Strong analytical mindset and structured working approach.

Responsabilités

• Ensure reliable and efficient production processes with defined cycle times and quality targets.
• Lead root-cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Support installation, ramp-up, and commissioning of advanced production systems.
• Develop and refine process standards, specs, and best practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Maintenance and Engineering.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance process stability and product quality.
• Analyze production and quality data to derive insights and support performance management.
