Job summary

Planet seeks a Billing Specialist to ensure accuracy and integrity of customer billing data across systems. You will review records, correct data, and support proper invoicing. The role involves notifying customers of billing changes, creating invoices, and processing credit notes as needed.

You will contact customers to obtain missing data, track actions with Account Management, and review balances while preparing statements. A hybrid work model applies, with three in-office days.

Responsibilities

• Review customer data from contracts and internal systems to ensure billing and contact details are correct.
• Update customer data, issue invoices and issue credit notes as needed.
• Send notification letters about billing changes and implement changes in ERP.
• Reach out to customers by phone and email to obtain missing data.
• Coordinate with Premier and Account Management to obtain required information.
• Review outstanding balances and prepare statements.
