Job summary

UPM - The Biofore Company in Wrocław is seeking a Billing Specialist, Customer Operations to join our Team. You will deliver accurate invoicing for forestry services and B2B partners, manage master data, and support collections in collaboration withFinance.

You should be fluent in English, have experience in customer service and billing tools (SAP, Excel), and enjoy cross-functional work in an international setting. Hybrid work model offered.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate sales invoicing for forestry services and B2B partners as well as accurate miscellaneous invoicing.
• Handle master data requests related to customer master data.
• Perform tasks related to sales invoice collection together in collaboration with the Business personnel and Finance collection team.
• Management of purchase orders and delivery specifications, and verification of purchase orders for B2B purchasing process in cooperation with the Business personnel.
• Monitor B2B customer and vendor accounts together with Finance & Controlling.
• Perform and report of above mentioned tasks and any other tasks assigned by manager, according to defined monthly targets.
• Daily collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement of customer service processes and ways of working.

What you will do

Who youare

• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, and have Finnish language proficiency at a minimum B2 level
• You have experience in customer service, SAP, Excel, and billing operations, which will be considered an advantage
• You enjoy collaborating across functions in an international setting and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Additional information

This position offers a hybrid working model, combining remote work from home with regular on-site collaboration in Wrocław.

The position holder will report to Team Leader, Customer Operations.
