Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) is expanding its Global Relationship Excellence Shared Services Billing function in Krakow to support Relationship and Sales Managers with invoice setup and receivables management. The Billing Analyst will work with Relationship Managers, Global Client Service, and Client Invoicing to ensure accurate fee schedules and efficient billing processes.

The role emphasizes cross-department collaboration, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in Financial Services or Banking.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Ability to liaise across departments for research and analysis.
• Understanding of financial services, investments, and legal structures.

Responsibilities

• Create and generate Fee Schedules.
• Set up client invoices per instructions.
• Establish fee-to-account linkages for new business and new fee schedules.
• Link new accounts to existing fee schedules.
• Coordinate billing terminations and open receivables outreach.
