Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) is expanding its Global Relationship Excellence Shared Services Billing function in Krakow to support Relationship and Sales Managers with invoice setup and receivables management. The Billing Analyst will work with Relationship Managers, Global Client Service, and Client Invoicing to ensure accurate fee schedules and efficient billing processes.

The role emphasizes cross-department collaboration, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.

Job Description:

Global Relationship Excellence Shared Services Billing Analyst

Global Relationship Excellence Shared Services (“RE Shared Services”) is responsible for key components of the fee schedule and client invoicing set-up processes, including, but may not be limited to- fee schedule generation, internal coordination of various instructions to set up the client invoice, account linkage to fee schedule, and receivables management.

The RE Shared Services team is expanding its current role in supporting Relationship and Sales Managers in performing these responsibilities through the creation of a Billing Center of Excellence in Krakow.

Key Responsibilities

The RE Shared Services Billing Analyst will work closely with Relationship Managers, Sales Managers, Global Client Service, and Client Invoicing and perform the following functions:

• Fee Schedule Creation/Generation
• Invoice Set-up Instructions
• Fee to Account Linkages - New Business, New Fee Schedule
• Fee to Account Linkages - New Accounts Added to Existing Fee Schedules
• Billing termination coordination
• Ongoing client outreach for open receivables
• Bad debt write-offs coordination, if necessary
• Ad-hoc projects as necessary
• Participate in working groups related to the RE Client Invoicing function

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of Financial Services or Banking industry experience
• Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects with competing deadlines
• Ability to liaise across departments/functions as needed for research and analysis
• Understanding of the financial services industry, investment vehicles, and legal structures
• Experience working in Client Invoicing, or Internal Audit in Financial Services a plus
• Strong client services and relationship management excellence
• Ability to communicate professionally through effective verbal and written skills
• Possess an intellectual curiosity and exhibits problem solving and analytical skills
• Work independently and take initiative on - responsibilities listed above and the ability to drive efficiency changes
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, quality conscious, and follow-through
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications
