Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman in Kraków is seeking a Junior Financial Reporting Specialist to join our Financial Reporting Team. You will help prepare financial statements for BBH clients across multiple jurisdictions and coordinate with other BBH units.

The role requires English fluency (min B2+), a finance-related degree, strong numerical and analytical skills, and good communication. The position follows a hybrid model with three days in the office.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (min B2+)
• Primary degree in finance, accounting, math or related field
• Highly organized, detail oriented and proactive
• Strong numerical ability and analytical skills
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate with basic Excel and Word skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements for BBH clients in cooperation with relevant departments
• Perform internal controls for the process
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness and completeness of client tasks; communicate with BBH teams
