GlobalLogic Inc. in Poland seeks a Technical Support Analyst fluent in French and German to join the HCIT-focused Digital Health team. You will provide daily IT support for healthcare customers, manage incidents, and assist with device deployment and software configurations.

You will work with tools like ServiceNow and Jira, resolve issues via phone or online channels, and contribute to knowledge management. This role requires 5-10 years of experience in a multinational healthcare IT environment.

Qualificações

• Must have at least 2+ years of experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient English at C1 level is required.
• Proficiency in French or German at C1 level is required.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to and resolve technical issues via phone and electronic channels.
• Troubleshoot mobile device OS, connectivity, and application deployments.
• Utilize ServiceNow, Jira, and other client apps for support tasks.
• Perform scripting and configuration tasks using PowerShell or Python.
• Handle network services and IT infrastructure components as needed.
