Next Technology at FlexDev Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Sp.k. Poznań seeks a Team Coach fluent in Russian and Ukrainian to mentor the Poznań team and deliver engaging feedback to new and existing members.

The role requires Russian and Ukrainian at B2/C1, English at B2/C1, and 6+ months in customer service. It offers a contract of employment with hybrid work, regular training, and KPI-driven performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Operational support across phone, chat, email and WhatsApp; time allocated for coaching and development activities.
• Design, develop, and deliver training refreshers for new hires and current team members.
• Motivate and guide team members to achieve individual and team objectives through coaching.
• Identify and address performance issues with actionable feedback.
• Support escalations, service recovery, and managerial callbacks when required.
• Score interactions, analyze trends, and recommend improvement strategies.
• Monitor daily team performance, track KPIs, and help ensure service levels.
• Collaborate with team leaders and other departments to achieve goals.
