NEXT plc in Poznań seeks a Customer Service Specialist with Ukrainian and Polish to join its international team. You will handle orders and inquiries via calls, emails and chats, supporting customers worldwide and coordinating with UK colleagues.

The role requires fluent English, Ukrainian and Polish at B2/C1, along with strong communication skills and a proactive service mindset. Remote work is available, with on-site onboarding in Poznań.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, Ukrainian & Polish verbal and written skills (B2/C1).
• Additional Russian language is a plus (B2/C1).
• Strong communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer emails, calls and chats about orders and refunds.
• Advise on Next products, returns, availability, and processes.
• Place orders for customers over the phone.
• Coordinate with UK colleagues to resolve inquiries.
• Communicate with courier services and onboard new team members.
