Job summary

PerkinElmer in Krakow is seeking an experienced Purchasing Specialist with French language skills to join the OneSource team, supporting GMP-compliant procurement across a multinational network.

In this hybrid role (3 days in Quattro Business Park), you will review requisitions, obtain quotes, manage supplier data in SAP, and drive cost-saving initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, or Management preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or Strategic Sourcing, preferably within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
• Very good level of French and English, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and process requisitions ensuring accuracy, compliance, and GMP alignment.
• Coordinate and execute purchasing activities to support operations.
• Request and evaluate quotes from suppliers ensuring quality, compliance, and competitive pricing.
• Maintain purchasing data accuracy and audit readiness.
• Monitor supplier performance to ensure value, quality, and service levels.
• Identify new qualified supply sources when vendors fall short.
• Recommend cost-saving initiatives and new sourcing strategies.
