Job summary

Roche in Warsaw is seeking a Procurement Specialist for Facilities / MRO who will drive sourcing strategies, supplier management, and contracting across categories. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective procurement actions and content enhancements.

Requirements include a university degree, 2+ years in procurement, and fluency in English plus German or Mandarin at business level. Hybrid work model with two office days per week in Poland is offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years procurement experience in strategic sourcing and category strategy.
• Experience with procurement systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead category strategy for Facilities / MRO and negotiate with suppliers.
• Deliver sourcing strategies using spend data and supplier management methodologies.
• Create content and automate buying channels to improve adoption and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into sourcing actions and content.
