PerkinElmer in Krakow is seeking an experienced Purchasing Specialist with French language skills to support the OneSource team. The role operates in a hybrid model at Quattro Business Park, with three days in the office and two days remote.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, or Management preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or Strategic Sourcing.
• Very good level of French and English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and as an individual.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and with international suppliers.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using SAP and Excel.

Aufgaben

• Review, analyze, and process incoming purchase requisitions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with internal procurement policies and GMP requirements
• Coordinate and execute purchasing activities in a timely and cost-effective manner to support uninterrupted operations
• Request and evaluate quotes from approved suppliers and contract service providers, ensuring quality, compliance, and competitive pricing
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of purchasing data in systems, ensuring audit readiness and regulatory compliance
• Monitor supplier performance, cost, and contract scope to ensure best value, quality, and service levels
• Identify and develop new, qualified supply sources when existing vendors no longer meet performance, compliance, or cost expectations
• Recommend cost-saving initiatives, including alternative sourcing strategies, supplier consolidation, and process optimization to increase efficiency and reduce purchasing and procurement risk
• Responsible for consistently meeting Purchasing targets and contributing to the achievement of departmental KPIs

Job Description
