Job summary

GlobalLogic in Wroclaw is seeking a Junior Project Support Specialist with English and Spanish language skills to join our IT team. You will work on projects that require language expertise and Colombia region knowledge, assisting clients and internal teams to keep inquiries moving and KPIs met.

In this role, you collaborate with colleagues, handle tickets efficiently, and maintain confidentiality of project and client data while growing your knowledge of process policies and annotation tasks.

Qualifications

• Mandatory knowledge of English and Spanish language.
• Colombia region knowledge (experience of living or travelling).
• Analytical thinking and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to comprehend project policy guidelines and maintain confidentiality.
• Attention to detail and client focus; strong annotation skills.

Responsibilities
