Qualifications

• Dutch at an advanced level (C2).
• Fluent English (C1).
• Willingness to acquire new skills (communication and technical).

• Willingness to help people with computer-based activity continuity.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to clients via email and phone regarding technical issues.
• Log remotely to the client’s computer and help resolve software issues.
• Document issues in the ticketing system on a daily basis.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network related issues.
• Escalate problems to the next level when necessary.
• Assist clients with all necessary information.
