Job summary

Amex GBT is seeking a Junior HR Advisor fluent in English and French to provide advisory services for European markets from a Poland-based remote role.

You will maintain the Policy Tech repository, review documents for compliance, develop the EMEA HR Knowledge Library, and support HR processes across your country portfolio.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in HR advisory, payroll, or related functions.
• Ability to read and interpret employment law and regulatory docs.
• Fluent in English and French (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize Policy Tech repository for assigned European markets.
• Review critical documents for compliance, accuracy and alignment with standards.
• Develop and maintain the EMEA HR Knowledge Library with case logs and templates.
• Keep updates timely and ensure alignment with organizational structure.
• Support HR advisory processes and collaborate with team members.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR workflows and implement enhancements.
