Job summary

WiP Jobs Recruitment is seeking an HR Process Specialist with French. Recruitment and onboarding trainings for this position are conducted online. The role focuses on supporting Clients employees through HR service desk activities and Workday HCM self-service.

You will handle inquiries in French and English, manage case workflows, provide HR policy guidance, and assist with letters and documentation. A valid work permit for Poland or EU ID is required, with experience in HR admin and case-driven

Qualifications

• Very good command of spoken and written French (C1) and English (C1).
• Experience in HR Service Desk or HR Administration for at least 1 year.
• Experience in a case-driven environment.
• Good job organization and time management skills.
• Valid work permit for Poland or EU ID.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls / cases in the case management tool to help Clients employees to navigate in Workday HCM self-service mode.
• Answering calls / cases and help the employees to navigate through the Employee Portal.
• Providing clarifications and guidance on HR policies, procedures and processes.
• Monitoring Workday work inbox and processing the actions assigned to your role in the system for core HR processes (Starters, Movers, Leavers).
• Producing the HR letters and documentation for Clients employees.
