Job summary

Kingfisher plc in Kraków is seeking a Helpdesk Administrator with French to join our international IT team. You will provide 1st line IT support to users via phone, email and ticketing system, and assist with Windows and Microsoft 365 issues.

Fluent French and good English are required, along with experience in IT helpdesk. You will work in a multicultural environment and help maintain knowledge bases and IT documentation.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in IT Helpdesk / Service Desk / IT Support.
• Fluent French and good English.
• Good understanding of Windows, Microsoft 365 and basic IT infrastructure.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira or similar.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of an international team.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st line IT support to users via phone, email and ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and access-related issues.
• Manage and resolve incidents and service requests in accordance with SLA.
• Create, update and maintain IT tickets and documentation.
• Support user accounts, permissions and access management.
• Escalate more complex technical issues to relevant IT teams.
• Communicate with users in French and English.
• Contribute to improving IT support processes and knowledge bases.
