Job summary

McCormick & Company in Poland is seeking a Customer Order Management Analyst with Spanish to support Iberia market and ensure high-quality service for internal and external customers. You will manage order processing, EDI, and delivery arrangements while collaborating with Sales, Finance, Master Data, and Supply Chain teams.

The role requires fluent Spanish and English, plus strong analytical skills and experience with SAP and MS Office; Portuguese is a plus.

Qualifications

Fluent Spanish and English required
Portuguese highly desirable
Experience in Customer Service / Supply Chain / Distribution; Spanish market familiarity is a plus
Analytical skills – data, systems, reports
SAP, MS Office (Excel); PowerBI/VB language a plus

Responsibilities

Executing order management activities – EDI and manual order processing
Managing samples and returns
Reviewing PODs (proof of delivery)
Supporting new customer creation and modification processes
Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports
Establishing and maintaining relationships with Sales, Finance, Master Data, Supply Chain and Distribution teams
Handling customer and business partner queries
Implementing process improvements to increase daily operation efficiency
