Job summary

McCormick & Company in Poland is seeking a Customer Order Management Analyst with Spanish to support Iberia market and ensure high-quality service for internal and external customers. You will manage order processing, EDI, and delivery arrangements while collaborating with Sales, Finance, Master Data, and Supply Chain teams.

The role requires fluent Spanish and English, plus strong analytical skills and experience with SAP and MS Office; Portuguese is a plus.

Customer Order Management Analyst with Spanish (m/f)

This position holds responsibility for order management related activities for Consumer Iberia market as well as for overall high-quality service delivery to both internal and external customers

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Executing order management related activities – EDI and manual order processing, discrepancy resolution, involvement in delivery arrangements where required
• Managing samples, returns
• Reviewing and validating PODs (proof of delivery)
• Supporting new customer creation and modification process
• Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with key business stakeholders: Sales, Finance, Master Data, Supply Chain, Distribution teams
• Managing customer and business partners queries
• Implementing improvements to existing processes to increase efficiency of daily operations

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Fluent Spanish and English required
• Fluent Portuguese highly desirable
• Experience and understanding of Customer Service/ Supply Chain/ Distribution areas; Spanish market familiarity will be an advantage
• Analytical skills – fluency with data, systems, reports
• SAP, MS Office (Excel); PowerBI/ VB language will be of extra asset

Compensation: starting from PLN 77,850 per year STARTING SALARY

Final salary will be determined as part of any final offer and will consider factors such as skills, education, role‑specific experience, and internal equity among current employees.
