Job summary

Clariant SE in Lodz, Poland is seeking an Import/Export Specialist with Spanish (m/f/d) to manage daily import/export operations within SLA/KPIs. The role involves SAP data entry, coordination with freight forwarders and customs brokers, and ensuring regulatory compliance while supporting process improvements.

The position requires Spanish at least B2, 1–2 years in logistics, SAP knowledge, and a strong Excel ability.

Qualifications

• Spanish level B2 required for customer interaction.
• 1-2 years of logistics experience.
• SAP knowledge is required; Excel proficiency is expected.
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration, or economics.
• Nice to have Portuguese and basic Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform daily import/export transactions in line with SLA/KPIs.
• Enter data accurately in SAP and other systems; maintain filing.
• Communicate with freight forwarders and customs brokers with regular updates.
• Troubleshoot routine issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to ESHA and internal guidelines.
• Coordinate with sales, planning, warehousing on import-related matters.
• Support process improvements and update SOPs when procedures change.
• Provide team support and onboarding under Senior Specialist guidance.
