Job summary

NCH Europe – A Solenis Company is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join the sales support team on a hybrid basis at our Head Office in Warsaw. The 10-month fixed-term contract supports integration projects as the business moves forward.

You will assist with order entry, service planning and call handling from customers and sales representatives, while maintaining productivity and quality standards across the department.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced customer service or administration environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Fluency in Hungarian and English.
• IT literacy with strong Microsoft Office knowledge.
