Job summary

ADM in Poznań seeks a Collection Specialist to support receivables and payments. You report to the collection team lead and coordinate with sales and traders to speed up collections.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting, and English and French proficiency. You will work 3 days per week from the Poznań office, with competitive salary and benefits in a stable, international company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• Advanced language skills in English and French; other languages a plus.
• Basic knowledge of finance/accounting concepts.
• 1+ year of experience in collection/AR/accounting.

Responsibilities

• Contact overdue customers by email or phone.
• Review and process account adjustments.
• Resolve discrepancies and short payments with customers.
• Assist customers with missing/incorrect invoices and quality claims.
• Support Accounts Receivable operations and reporting.
• Collaborate with sales to accelerate collections.
• Document steps in the collection system GetPaid.
