Parker Hannifin is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional in Wrocław to manage collections, analyze balances, and partner with internal teams to optimize cash flow. The role offers hybrid work with remote option one day per week.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English (minimum B1).
• Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills.
• Good organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Ability to conduct workshops and training sessions for employees.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Performing critical collection activities on overdue invoices via calls, emails, and dunning letters.
• Analyzing root causes of outstanding balances with internal/external customers.
• Communicating significant overdue receivables and risks to management.
• Managing credit risk by handling order blocks/unblocks and reviewing payment histories.
• Collaborating with internal departments to resolve claims and respond to inquiries.
• Providing day-to-day customer service per established standards and improving service quality.
• Monitoring payment plans and adherence to schedules.
• Leading escalation meetings and communications.
• Supporting month-end close and AR accounting tasks.
• Preparing data/reports and pursuing process improvements.
• Maintaining accurate customer data in accounting systems.
