Job summary

Tate & Lyle Global Shared Services Centre in Łódź is seeking a Collection Specialist to manage outstanding receivables and ensure timely debt collection. You will support multiple teams and coordinate actions to maintain portfolio integrity.

The role requires AR experience in an international setting, strong communication in English, and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset. Hybrid working model and extensive development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• AR experience in an international organisation (ideally shared services).
• Customer handling or professional communication experience.

Responsibilities

• Keep track of outstanding receivables and ensure adherence to payment terms.
• Contact clients via phone, email, or other methods to remind of overdue payments and resolve issues.
• Coordinate adjustments, write-offs, refunds and other actions to keep portfolios in order.
• Report portfolio status with clear descriptions in the system and participate in calls.
• Identify financial risks and communicate them to Team Leader/Coordinator.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service and finance to resolve payment issues promptly.
• Prepare and submit required reports and ensure compliance with policies.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
