You will deliver digital-first assistance via Intercom to a global client base, handling inquiries about products, markets and trading platforms, while upholding high standards of productivity and quality.

The role requires fluency in English and Chinese, resilience under pressure, and a proactive, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Chinese is essential.
• Experience in high-volume customer service is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve complex customer issues.

Responsibilities

• Deliver digital-first support via Intercom across product, markets and platforms.
• Maintain high productivity and quality with top CSAT scores.
• Collaborate with local and global teams to ensure seamless customer journeys.
• Escalate to senior staff when necessary to achieve best outcomes.
• Own interactions and drive first-time resolution where possible.
• Contribute to training materials and process documentation.
