Responsibilities

• Service Order Management that covers order acceptance, order processing, setting up order criteria, processing order changes and cancellations.
• Invoicing that covers invoice preferences, validation of revenue recognition criteria, triggering invoices in the system.
• Adhering to NCR policies and procedures.
• Reconciliation and Reporting of monthly order and revenue data including corrections.
• Archiving and record retention per NCR policies.
• Providing internal and external audit support as requested.
