Job summary

Diebold Nixdorf, Incorporated is seeking a bilingual Associate Service Desk Representative with Spanish and English to provide proactive helpdesk support. You will diagnose hardware and software issues, perform software distribution, and create/update tickets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years of Service Desk experience, strong Spanish and English communication skills, and will work in a hybrid environment with a base salary of PLN 6,600 gross monthly.

Qualifications

• Education or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience in Service Desk Support.
• Excellent Spanish language skills (Written and spoken) as well as business English skills (Written and spoken) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive user helpdesk support for inbound customer service requests.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Use remote tools to troubleshoot and resolve incidents.
• Escalate unresolved issues per procedure and inform customers of next steps.
• Document activity and update knowledge base and tickets.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
