Cross Border Talents in Krakow, Poland, is seeking a German & English-speaking Business Development Representative to join an international team based in Krakow, Poland. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, engage with potential clients, manage the sales pipeline, and contribute to business growth by achieving sales targets.

The position requires relocation to Krakow and offers relocation assistance, a gross monthly salary of 11,000 PLN, and a hybrid work model with 3 days

Qualifications

Fluent German and English (spoken and written).
Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience.
Experience in SaaS/IT/Cloud/Ads/Digital Advertising/Tech sales.
Proven outbound sales experience.
Experience achieving monthly and quarterly KPIs.
Strong closing and negotiation skills.
Willingness to relocate to Krakow, Poland.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities.

Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
