Job summary

Arbex in Krakow, Poland is seeking an AP Query Management Senior Analyst with Spanish to join a growing international team providing outstanding accounts payable support across the EMEA region. You will manage incoming queries, resolve issues, and collaborate with procurement and vendor teams to ensure timely payments and accurate postings.

Qualifications

• Experience within an Accounts Payable environment.
• Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Experience influencing and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of SAP.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming queries through country and escalation mailboxes and ensure timely resolution.
• Resolve issues across different stages of the Accounts Payable process in partnership with Invoice Processing, Process & Capability, and Procurement Operations teams.
• Lead calls and follow up with internal stakeholders regarding missing goods receipts, posting instructions, approvals, and other outstanding items.
• Work closely with vendors on missing invoices, credit notes, and monthly vendor reconciliations.
• Analyse data, identify trends, and communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Execute operational process controls and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
