Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking an experienced eProcurement Senior Consultant to support large-scale procurement technology deployments across Source-to-Pay platforms. You will work on design, configuration, testing, training and go-live readiness for global clients.

The role requires hands-on implementation experience with major procurement tools and strong stakeholder management. A bachelor’s or master’s degree and 3+ years of relevant work are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Technology or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of procurement, consulting or transformation experience.
• Hands-on experience with at least one procurement platform (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Zycus, Oracle Procurement Cloud, SAP, GEP).
• Experience in Source-to-Pay areas: sourcing, supplier management, contracting, purchasing, invoicing, spend analytics, risk or data integration.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, system configuration, test prep, UAT and go-live readiness.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end procurement technology implementation projects from requirements to go-live and hypercare.
• Facilitate blueprinting and design workshops to capture business requirements and define to-be processes.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, configuration documents and process designs.
• Support system integration testing, UAT, defect resolution and readiness tracking.
• Prepare process documentation, configuration guides and training materials.
• Conduct training sessions for procurement users, business requesters and suppliers.
• Support go-live preparation, cutover activities, adoption tracking and hypercare.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to ensure delivery quality and business value.
• Identify automation, analytics and GenAI-enabled improvements across Source-to-Pay.
