Job summary

EY GDS Poland is recruiting a Talent Procurement Supervising Associate to join a globally connected team supporting the UK business. You will lead sourcing projects, manage end-to-end contract activity, and act as a trusted advisor to EY stakeholders while delivering cost savings and value realization.

The role emphasizes strategic category support, risk management, and collaboration with Legal and Global Procurement teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in Procurement in a collaborative, high-performance environment and preferably experience with the Talent Procurement category.
• Strong procurement expertise and commercial acumen to drive sourcing and demand management strategies across a broad array of category services.
• Ability to align efforts with key stakeholders and influence these leaders, as necessary, and possess a global mindset.
• Experience in executing online Rfx and e-Auctions.
• Advanced English and able to lead conversations autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute sourcing projects and end to end contract activity to a high standard, including drafting, negotiation, review, execution and contract administration, working closely with stakeholders and Legal as required.
• Deliver against agreed Procurement KPI's ensuring timely delivery of stakeholder satisfaction, compliance and Value realization.
• Act as a trusted business advisor to EY stakeholders, aligning projects with the business pipeline and providing exceptional customer service while delivering both brand and quantitative value through cost savings, cost avoidance and contract value realization
• Work with senior stakeholders and Global Procurement team members to support a category strategy which supports the overall global Talent strategy
• Work closely with risk management and Vendor Assurance to minimize contractual risks to the organization and demonstrate year on year improvement in quantitative value
• Deliver Requests for Proposals (RFPs), including commercial contractual negotiations and work closely with other business partners including Legal (GCO), Global Client Serving Partners, Sector Leaders, etc on a regular basis
