Qualifications

• Experience in Procurement in a collaborative, high-performance environment.
• Advanced English and able to lead conversations autonomously.
• Experience with online RFX and e-Auctions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute sourcing projects and end to end contract activity with stakeholders and Legal as required.
• Deliver against Procurement KPIs and ensure stakeholder satisfaction, compliance and value realization.
• Act as trusted advisor aligning projects with business pipeline and delivering cost savings and contract value realization.
• Support a category strategy that aligns with the global Talent strategy.
• Minimize contractual risks with risk management and Vendor Assurance, demonstrating year-on-year value improvement.
• Deliver RFPs and negotiate contracts in collaboration with Legal and Global Partners.
