Qualifications

• 3+ years in reporting, analytics, or business intelligence.
• Advanced Excel skills with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
• Experience with BI tools Tableau, Domo, Cognos, Spotfire, or similar.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
• Experience in MSP, RPO, staffing, VMS, or ATS environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver impactful reporting and analytics that drive client decision-making.
• Analyze workforce data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Partner with program teams and client stakeholders to present business insights.
• Lead reporting and analytics implementations for new and existing programs.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Business Intelligence tools and reporting solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement and promote best practices across analytics projects.
