Job summary

Planet is seeking a BI Data Analyst in Warsaw to transform large-scale datasets into actionable business recommendations across Payments, DCC, Tax-Free and Hospitality. You’ll build scalable PowerBI dashboards, collaborate with data engineers on ETL, and mentor teammates while shaping the BI strategy.

The role emphasizes end-to-end analytics, translating stakeholder needs into data-driven solutions, and staying current with BI best practices.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience building advanced PowerBI dashboards and DAX measures.
Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets in cloud environments.
Data modelling and data pipeline experience using modern tooling.

Responsibilities

Analyze data to identify trends and actionable insights for Payments, DCC, Tax-Free, and Hospitality.
Design and maintain scalable PowerBI dashboards to aid decision-making.
Automate reporting and streamline analytics through BI tools.
Lead end-to-end BI projects, gathering requirements and delivering solutions.
Translate business needs to technical specifications between teams.
Collaborate with business units to translate needs into data-driven solutions.
Work with data engineering to ensure ETL pipelines and data governance.
Stay updated on BI trends and promote innovation within the team.
