Join to deliver reporting and analytics that drive client decisions, analyze workforce data, and partner with program teams and stakeholders to present insights. You will lead BI implementations and act as a subject matter expert across analytics projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in reporting, analytics, or business intelligence.
• Advanced Excel skills with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
• Experience with BI tools Tableau, Domo, Cognos, Spotfire, or similar.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
• Experience in MSP, RPO, staffing, VMS, or ATS environments is a plus.
